About Zip, Ziptone's AI knowledge assistant
Knowledge base – Zip, the Ziptone knowledge assistant, answers questions about customer contact, CX, and contact center technology. Zip draws primarily from the entire Ziptone archive. This consists of thousands of news items and articles, and the dictionary with over 1.500 terms. As a result, Zip offers sector-specific depth that a generic AI lacks. At the same time, this can also somewhat limit the perspective of the answers.
Operation and response time - Because model routing when applied, simple questions will be answered faster than more complex questions. With multiple users simultaneously, response time may increase. For topics where available Ziptone resources are limited, Zip can supplement from its general knowledge of the underlying Claude Sonnet language model by Anthropic. This knowledge is based on Claude's training data: a broad selection of publicly available texts up to August 2025. This date is, of course, constantly shifting.
Disclaimer – If in doubt, always check the displayed sources, or search further via ziptone.nl.
Feedback – Did you receive an incomplete or incorrect answer? Send the full question – or take a screenshot – and inform us via redactie@ziptone.nl.
Privacy - Your conversation history exists only in your browser's memory as long as you have the page open. As soon as your browser closes the page or you click “New conversation”, the information is no longer available. Assistive technologies such as Railway and UptimeRobot record submitted questions and logs for quality assurance, feedback, and debugging. The logs do not contain the full conversation content or user IP addresses; they are automatically deleted after 7 days. Because we use the Claude API, a different privacy policy applies here than for claude.ai: via the API, conversations are not used for model training by default, unless the developer explicitly grants permission. That is not the case here.
