Consultancy firm Vlirdens calls upon customer contact professionals and WFM specialists to register their WFM team for the WFM Awards. With the revamped WFM Awards 2026, Vlirdens does not want to focus on the biggest name or the most beautiful presentation, but on the stories of experience that truly advance the profession.
The most compelling stories about WFM teams emerge on the shop floor, according to Vlirdens: at those moments when teams make the right choices under pressure and where they adapt, solve problems, and think ahead every day. Those stories about committed craftsmanship often remain unexposed.
In a new guise
Vlirdens has therefore given the WFM Awards a new look. It is no longer merely an award show. Under the theme The Art of Balance – also the angle of the latest WFM Congress – Vlirdens is looking for teams that can demonstrate how they handle today's challenges: from labor market shortages, complex schedules, changing customer demands, technology, and leadership to sustainable employability. This is not about shiny success stories, but about the journey taken and making smart choices.
Stories
After the registration period, Vlirdens selects organizations that may continue to tell their story. During the Day of the Nominees, participants meet, share experiences, and inspire one another. The festive award show in November is subsequently not the goal, but the culmination of a shared journey. According to Vlirdens, those who participate not only put their own team in the spotlight but also inspire peers, contribute to the development of the profession, and gain opportunities to meet other professionals from the WFM field.
You can still register until August 31 via WFM Awards.
