In 2016, a capital injection from private equity firm Horizon Capital has enabled the company to expand its activities to France, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain through acquisitions. Datapoint Europe, Callware, DVELP, Anana, makepositive, Coverage and Fonetic were acquired, among others. With this, competencies built up in the field of AWS, Salesforce, Twilio and Google have been added to the existing Genesys, Verint and Avaya competencies.
