At the end of this month, BPO service provider WEngage is moving its entire operation to new premises on Ringweg Noord in Paramaribo. The new location serves to replace the two previous locations.
The two previous locations, both situated on Mr. J. Lachmonstraat (number 134 Tower B and number 55), are being disposed of. Not only were the leases expiring, but having all employees in one place ensures increased efficiency, says Marco Croon, CEO WEngage International to Ziptone. “The new site also offers expansion opportunities.”
The new location at Ringweg Noord 272, Paramaribo, covers 3000 square meters, providing space for a total of 580 workstations. There are also several informal spaces for meeting and developing ideas.
With the expansion, WEngage is estimated to land in the top five of BPO players in Suriname when it comes to seats.
“Our volumes have a seasonal pattern, which we can fully accommodate in the new building. There is still potential for growth of more than 25 percent, which is why we are aiming for it in the short term,” says Croon.
