Just like at TP, facilities contact center Transcom is also getting a consultant in top management. The BPO service provider has appointed Arjan Soni as Vice President Operations & Client Services.
Soni comes from Tata Consultancy Services, the largest IT service provider in India and a top global player, where he led Global Business Services.
Within Transcom, Soni will be responsible for operational strategy, customer delivery, transformation, and service quality, among other things. Soni also brings experience from the CX/BPO sector. He previously worked for Firstsource and TP, among others. He also worked for the British telecom and ICT service provider BT for over nine years.
