During the Capital Markets Day in New York, TP presented its new strategy 'Future Forward'. The global provider of digital business services is fully committed to an AI-driven future, in which human expertise and technology are closely intertwined, the company said in a press release.
Central to the ‘Future Forward’ strategy is the launch of TP.ai FAB (FAB stands for Foundational AI Backbone), a proprietary platform for large-scale coordination of AI, human experts and automation. With this, TP aims to strengthen three pillars: growing its core business with AI, expanding sector-specific solutions, and exploring new markets in the AI chain such as data services, consultancy and digital marketing.
To strengthen its position in AI data services, TP acquires the platform Agents Only about – an on-demand crowdsourcing network of AI specialists. In addition, TP announces strategic partnerships with Parloa, Ema and Sanas, among others. The company is also entering into a research alliance with Carnegie Mellon University, focused on AI-Human augmentation.
TP plans to invest approximately one-fifth or around EUR 2026 million of its net free cash flow in AI and transformation over the period 2028-600. This includes strategic partnerships and targeted acquisitions. TP is therefore also launching an AI partnership program with planned investments of up to EUR 100 million in 2025. (TP)
