June 23, 2017 – Teleperformance Benelux, market leader in outsourced customer experience management, has been included in the Global Outsourcing 100 of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals for the third time in a row, IAOP.
The Global Outsourcing 100 is regarded as the leading benchmark for the outsourcing industry worldwide. It is an international ranking of outsourcing service providers that distinguish themselves on five factors: size and growth, customer references, awards and certifications, innovation programs and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
The IAOP list is composed of companies from all over the world of different sizes and from the entire outsourcing industry: from IT to business process outsourcing (BPO), from facility services to design and from production to logistics. “Buyers understand that there are hundreds of qualified service providers and consultants. What they need now is insight into what makes a service provider exceptional,” said IAOP CEO Debi Hamill. “The Global Outsourcing 100 and World's Best Advisors rankings meet this need. We are proud to rank Teleperformance among the highest-rated companies in terms of customer references, awards and certifications, innovation programs, corporate social responsibility, and size and growth.”
In addition to its initial inclusion in the Global Outsourcing 100 list, Teleperformance received above-average scores in every category, leading to a five-star rating and recognition as an 'All Star Company Provider'.
“This listing is in recognition of our growth and sustained leadership position in the global outsourcing industry. It is an honor to be recognized by the IAOP for the third year in a row,” said Norbert van Liemt, CEO of Teleperformance Benelux. “Teleperformance continues to focus on innovation, reliability, security and growth, and contributes to social causes around the world as part of our CSR policy.”
IAOP, the leading association of outsourcing professionals, includes a global community of over 120.000 members. The IAOP ranking is based on company submissions, with the assessment conducted using a rigorous assessment methodology that includes an independent review of IAOP client panel members with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and consultants for their organizations. The full assessment and processing method can be consulted here.
The full IAOP list was announced in the Fortune 500 special edition of FORTUNE (June 2017) and can be viewed at www.iaop.org.
