Teleperformance has $400 million sentry acquired, a US onshore BPO services provider specializing in the government sector. The company is also active in supporting commercial healthcare, health education and social services. The deal is in line with Teleperformance's verticalization strategy. The company has more than 4.500 employees, 85% of whom work from home. Senture was owned by a private equity firm Kingswood Capital Management.
