May 10, 2017 – Teleperformance has developed a chatbot in a strategic partnership with technology company Artificial Solutions that functions in 35 languages. The service provider in customer contact currently works in 265 languages. The developed chatbot used artificial intelligence and functions in natural written language. According to Paulo César Salles Vasques, CEO of Teleperformance Group, the impact and potential of combining artificial intelligence with a personal human touch in customer experience management is promising for the industry and for Teleperformance. Lawrence Flynn, CEO of Artificial Solutions, points out that most industries are experiencing continued growth in the number of interactions with consumers. Consumers expect easy and prompt availability of information and support, Flynn said.
Artificial Solutions is a technology supplier specialized in Natural Language Interaction (NLI). The company's development platform, Teneo, enables organizations to rapidly develop and deploy NLI applications. It Portal is operating system independent, works with multiple contact channels and in 35 languages.
