Salesforce today announced the introduction of Einstein GPT, generative AI CRM technology, delivering AI-created and personalized content at scale for every sales, service, marketing, commerce, and IT interaction. The solution ties into both public and private AI models built for CRM and trained on reliable, real-time data, according to the Salesforce press release.
Einstein GPT will also integrate with OpenAI, providing Salesforce customers with out-of-the-box generative AI capabilities, powered by real-time data from the Salesforce CRM cloud.
Salesforce gives a number of examples in the press release. Einstein GPT can generate personalized emails that sales reps can send to customers, but the solution can also formulate specific responses that help customer service agents answer customer questions faster. Furthermore, Einstein GPT can create knowledge articles based on conversation reports from previous cases. In addition, the solution can also create targeted content that marketers can use to increase response to campaigns.
also announces Salesforce to invest $250 million in a so-called Generative AI Fund, an initiative of Salesforce Ventures, the company's global investment arm. With this, the company wants to strengthen the start-up ecosystem and the development of responsible generative AI. (Sales force)
