Customer feedback on customer service
According to the comparison site, DSW is praised by customers for its empathetic, friendly employees and excellent personal service. Long-term customers emphasize the reliability of the insurer. Stad Holland (not the cheapest according to customers) also scores highly for its "excellent service, high reimbursement level and easily accessible and friendly customer service". This also applies to OHRA, where the politeness and helpfulness of the staff and the simplicity of the declaration process are highly appreciated.
Among the cheaper health insurers (with a premium of up to 140 euros per month), United Consumers, Interpolis and Univé in particular score well on customer service. The marks are lowest at VinkVink (6,4), UMC (7,0) and ZEKUR (7,3). At VinkVink it is sometimes annoying that customer service is only available via chat and not by telephone. The insurer does have the lowest health premium, namely 132,90 euros per month. (Care Guide)
