Last Friday, Pegamento signed contracts with Ziggo for a wholesale partnership in the field of fixed network services. With this, the company takes an important step in the further development of its telecom proposition. For mobile services, Pegamento will continue to collaborate with KPN.

 

Through the collaboration with Ziggo, Pegamento gains a new operator status. This offers greater control over its own services and access to functionalities that were previously unavailable. At the same time, Pegamento connects directly to a large and robust telecom network, allowing performance, stability, and the further development of services to be further strengthened.

“With this agreement, we are taking an important step in the further professionalization of our telecom services,” says Serge Poppes, CEO of Pegamento. “The collaboration with Ziggo gives us more control over the chain and more room to develop services that better meet the needs of our customers, now and in the future.”

The new position also brings additional responsibilities. Processes that previously ran through intermediaries are now partly set up and managed directly by Pegamento. In doing so, the company increases not only flexibility and transparency but also the quality of its services.

The impact of the collaboration is organization-wide. Teams within engineering, product development, operations, and commercial are working together on the implementation of the new configuration. This also involves looking at the further integration of pricing and usage information into customer portals, so that customers gain better insight into their services and costs.

To carefully guide the transition, an internal project has now been launched. The goal is not only to implement the new setup technically correctly, but also to establish it in a scalable and future-proof manner.

With this agreement, Pegamento strengthens its position in the market and lays a strong foundation for further innovation, growth, and improvement of its services.
