Pegasystems is introducing five new AI agents, called Pega Predictable AI Agents. These agents combine the reasoning power of AI with the predictability of workflows, enabling organizations to automate in a safe and controlled manner.

 

The use of AI in sectors such as banking and insurance is often hampered by legitimate concerns about ‘black box’ AI. Pega Predictable AI Agents

Pega Predictable AI Agents are fully integrated into the Pega workflow platform. Unlike other vendors, which often only offer a prompt editor and a dashboard, Pega delivers a complete system for deploying AI safely and in a controlled manner.

Knowledge Agents deliver real-time insights based on structured and unstructured data from multiple sources and automatically enrich workflows with best practices via Pega Knowledge Buddy.

Coach Agents guide employees through complex workflows with real-time, contextual support via Pega Coach.
