September 6, 2017 – Comparison site Overstappen.nl has the chatbot Lot taken into use. With this, the comparison site wants to relieve the telephone helpdesk. The company also wants to respond to the trend that more and more services are arranged via mobile chat. According to Overstappen.nl, almost half of the unique visitors to the website come via mobile. “So the tipping point from desktop to mobile is already approaching in our business. The average conversion is around ten percent,” says Overstappen.nl.
