BPO company Conduent appears to be gradually turning around its business. Despite the loss of activities that are putting pressure on revenue and scale, margins have improved.
Conduent reports total revenues of $767 million for the third quarter of 2025, a decrease of approximately 5,0% from $807 million in Q3 2024. Conduent reported a net loss of $46 million for Q3 2025, compared to $123 million in Q3 2024. The loss is partly due to one-time items, including the divestiture of the Casualty Claims Solutions-unit in the previous year.
Overall, Conduent saw an improvement in margins, reaching 5,2% (compared to 4,1% in the same period last year). Conduent also closed new deals worth $111 million in Q3. For full-year 2025, Conduent expects adjusted revenue of $3,05 to $3,10 million. (Conduent)
