Marije Westra and Patricia Schat
The Customer Contact Management Association (CCMA), the network for customer contact professionals, has two new board members: Marije Westra and Patricia Schat.
Board members Wout Hut and Anne-Marie Beurskens will be replaced by Patricia Schat and Marije Westra effective September 1, 2025. According to the CCMA, Wout is one of the driving forces behind National Customer Contact Week, which, under his leadership, has become an annual highlight in the profession. Anne-Marie has been involved in, among other things, the popular Site Visit XL meetings and has been a regular voice on the CCMA podcasts.
Marije Westra is Director P-Direkt at the Ministry of the Interior, Patricia Schat is Customer Relations Manager at Kindergarden. Their appointment, according to the CCMA, underscores the broad relevance of customer-focused work – whether it involves parents, citizens, or customers. (CCMA)
