November 6, 2017 – Mitchel Heemskerk of credit card company ICS and the T-Mobile team are the two big winners of the National CQ test 2017. Mitchel can call himself “best customer advisor in the Netherlands” for a year and T-Mobile has the best team with customer advisors from the Netherlands. The manager with the best score is Lilian van den Oosterkamp from Webhelp.

De CQ test was organized for the seventh time last Saturday and this year was all about a new theme: The only way is up! Organizations must distinguish themselves with excellent customer service. The modern consumer sets the bar high. Important are professional solution orientation, friendliness, knowledge, service and speed. What could fit this theme better than the Fokker Terminal in The Hague. We could experience this day in higher spheres.

The actual test consisted of 6 rounds, containing a variety of questions. Current affairs such as the upcoming AVG/GDPR legislation were discussed, but also practical cases. What is the best response to a customer's situation? The test produced a number of round winners, but also three finalists. The candidates were compared in an exciting live final game, in which the finalist talked to a customer by telephone. A professional jury, under the watchful eye of a civil-law notary, and the audience together determined the winner: Mitchel Heemskerk.

After all the heavy thinking and tension, the after party started smoothly. Singer Maan provided a fantastic kick-off with a great performance and the participants created a fantastic atmosphere. The customer advisors experienced this day of the National CQ test as intended; a day where THEY are put in the spotlight. And they are very welcome!
