They are pre-programmed with decades of knowledge and experience within specific roles and industries. The IT Service Desk Engineer position is available first, in English. These experienced IT Service Desk Engineers can relieve their human colleagues of repetitive tasks and support them in daily activities.

The IT Service Desk Engineer can perform tasks such as a password reset, help with configuration and troubleshooting for Outlook, printers, VPN, WiFi connections, web conferences, single sign-on and IP telephony. The virtual agent can also open, close and manage support tickets, take notifications about lost devices or handle requests for new hardware.

In the short term, other functions will become available, such as HR and administration functions, and the languages French, German and Spanish will be added.

Similar to hiring a human IT service desk engineer, companies can conduct a job interview with the digital applicant, prior to employment. With this, IPsoft makes the use of AI within organizations much easier.

digital workerBusinesses can now hire IT Service Desk Engineers on DigitalWorkforce.ai for a 30-day free trial. These digital employees can handle various matters both autonomously and in collaboration with their human colleagues.

The marketplace is based on Amelia, IPsoft's cognitive AI agent. Thanks to her cognitive abilities, Amelia communicates naturally with people and learns from every interaction. Amelia communicates with various back-end systems and people the way people do.
