Lingerie brand Hunkemöller has chosen Vanad Engage as its new partner in customer contact. Inspire, part of Vanad, announced this via a message on LinkedIn. “Together we will build the very best and future-oriented customer experience,” according to the company, which will use offshore solutions and AI technology.
Vanad Engage is active at multiple on- and offshore locations. The company has offices in Turkey, Suriname and the Netherlands. In addition, there is close cooperation with other parts of the Vanad group.
