August 15, 2017 – Hudson's Bay will open its first store in the Netherlands in the second half of August. Just like other branches, the branch at Rokin in Amsterdam will use a new loyalty program for customers. Comarch has been chosen as developer and supplier and has provided Hudson's Bay's loyalty management platform with a mobile application. Hudson's Bay Netherlands has had its own app in the App Store and Google Play Store since May. Various innovative technologies and features have been integrated into the Comarch Loyalty Management platform to enrich the customer experience. It includes proximity marketing and location-based services, in-store beacons as well as real-time push notifications via the mobile app.
