Huawei will outsource customer service and technical support to Teleperformance in the United Kingdom. This has been announced by the facility service provider. TP will work in the UK with more than 60 employees from Bristol for the Chinese telecom brand. Huawei customers are served by phone and web chat. Huawei is active in more than 170 countries and has 180.000 employees.
