Hans Cleemput is stepping down as director of the Flemish trade association Customer Contact. Customer Contact announced this today. Cleemput has decided to resign from his position to fully pursue his passion for triathlon, as a competition speaker at national and international triathlons and as editor-in-chief of 3athlon.be.
Customer Contact thanks Cleemput for his presence over the past 8 years. Cleemput himself looks back with pride: “The federation has grown into the largest customer contact network in Belgium, with the Customer Contact Congress as an annual highlight. We have also strengthened relationships with the media and politicians. Customer contact is and remains a passion for me and I hope to meet you in the future.”
His position will be filled by the current Marketing Manager, Sandra Rens. Rens: “The challenges are great and that is exactly what I like. In the short term, I want to put our sector in a positive spotlight and really give the people who work in it a voice.” Tom Van Lemmens is also leaving the organization.
