ATSG, a global technology provider for cloud, IT managed services and cybersecurity, announced that it has completed a transaction to merge with Evolve IP.
Evolve IP ATSG Inc. is a provider of unified communications and cloud-based contact center solutions. The combined organization is expected to have a turnover of more than 230 million dollars. The new company will serve more than 950.000 end users at 1.700 customers worldwide. The intention is that ATSG will integrate the solutions of both companies into a managed services portfolio for medium and large companies. Russ Reeder, currently CEO of ATSG, will lead the combined company as CEO.
Evolve IP technology is used by Knab, Nike, Greenchoice and APG, according to their own website. (ATSG, Evolve IP)
