Ericcson acquires Vonage to become a broader IT services provider with enterprise solutions. Vonage was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in the US state of New Jersey. Vonage provides a Communications Platform, including Unified Communications (UCaaS) solutions and Contact Center services (CCaas). The company generated $1,4 billion in revenue last year and has 120.000 customers.
