Verint has appointed Dave Rhodes as Chief Executive Officer of Verint. Rhodes, who previously served as CEO of Calabrio prior to the merger with Verint, will lead the newly combined organization as it pursues its vision to become the undisputed leader in CX Automation.
Rhodes will lead a company that now combines Verint's global enterprise automation capabilities and AI-driven platform with Calabrio's broadly deployed workforce engagement solutions. This combination creates one of the world's largest customer experience datasets and a portfolio that includes workforce engagement, agentic and conversational AI, copilot bots, and customer experience analytics.
