ContactCare BelgiumThe Dutch customer contact specialist ContactCare has opened a branch on the Meir in Antwerp. It is the company's first own location in Belgium. ContactCare is starting with twenty workstations there, but has room to scale up further.

Payment solutions provider CCV is the first client served from the new branch. From Antwerp, ContactCare aims to actively attract more Belgian clients.

ContactCare has been active in the Belgian market for several years, but has served Belgian clients from the Netherlands until now. According to the company, the need for a local presence has grown stronger. Not only to be closer to clients, but also to better align with the language, culture, and expectations of Belgian consumers, according to the press release.

Heart of Antwerp

The company deliberately chose a location in the center of Antwerp for reasons of attractiveness. The office on the Meir is within walking distance of Antwerp Central.

The expansion into Belgium follows previous growth of ContactCare in the Netherlands and Suriname. The company has branches in Amersfoort (NL) en Eindhoven and two locations in Paramaribo. The Eindhoven branch was established through the relaunch of WEngage Nederland, a sister company of the Belgian WEngage, following a bankruptcy. In doing so, the majority of the customers and employees transferred to ContactCare.

ContactCare has been in existence for sixteen years and now has over 300 employees working for more than 200 clients. The company is B Corp Certified and combines service provision from the Netherlands with offshore client contact from Suriname.
