Dutch CX service provider Change opens a new office in Turkey and simultaneously strengthens the leadership team with the arrival of Mark de Vries as COO International Expansion.
The launch in Turkey opens the door to the German market for Change, thanks to the presence of German speakers in the country. This move aligns with Change's growth ambition, in which the company aims to offer its clients more choices when outsourcing, optimizing, and automating customer contact processes.
In Turkey, Change offers customer contact agents the opportunity to work from home and from the office location. The Istanbul office opened on August 1 of this year and can be flexibly expanded to a maximum of 100 seats. Change already had operations in the Netherlands (3 locations in Rotterdam, Amsterdam, and Utrecht) and in Suriname (2 locations).
Mark de Vries has been appointed as COO to drive Change's international growth, starting with operations in Turkey. De Vries has years of experience in the customer contact sector in both Suriname and Turkey, including at Telenamic in Paramaribo. He also worked for Roamler, where he led the Roamler Tech division – a platform for support and management services for technical installations in the EV and telecom sectors.
Mark de Vries: “Companies that outsource their customer contact, either wholly or partially, are looking for partners who both take over work and improve customer contact, including through the use of technology such as AI. I am very enthusiastic about Change’s vision and strategy: sourcing customer contact today is about the best combination of human and automated solutions, specific processes, and suitable locations.”
Change, founded in November 2021, serves a broad portfolio of clients in the energy, telecom, and e-commerce sectors as a broad customer contact and CX service provider with a unique business model. Change employs 700 people. Change is ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified.
