The CCMA has announced the finalists competing for the title of CCMA Manager of the Year 2026. It concerns Bas Berntsen, Manager Contact & Service Center at Bergman Clinics BV, Marjon van de Burgt, Service Manager at Greenchoice and Han Bosz, Head of Customer Contact Center at International Card Services (ICS).
These candidates will compete against each other in a process set out by the CCMA jury, which this year consists of Melanie Stemerdink (CCMA board member and employed at Univé), Maaike Rosendaal (jury chair, CCMA board member, employed at PWN), Deliane Schimmel (Winner Manager of the Year 2022, and employed at ABN AMRO Hypotheken Groep), and Erwin Hasselt, last year's winner, employed at Feenstra. The winner will be announced on November 19.
