The Employers' Association for Facility Contact Centers (WFC) has rewritten the full text of the 2025-2027 Facility Contact Centers collective labor agreement in plain language and made it available. The latter - rewriting the texts in plain language understandable Dutch – is provided by the WFC.
The new collective labor agreement will enter into force on January 1, 2025 and expire on December 31, 2027. Work is underway to make the collective labor agreement generally binding, making it applicable to all facility contact centers in the Netherlands. The wages in the collective labor agreement will follow the adjustments to the statutory minimum wage over the next three years.
Some 30.000 people fall under the collective labor agreement for facility call centers. In addition, from January 1, 750 managers, one of the most important differences compared to previous years. (KSF/WFC)
