BPO player Intelcia has announced that the previously announced management buyout has been fully completed. The group's board members have acquired the 65% stake previously held by telecom company Altice.
With the management buyout, Intelcia is once again a completely independent company has become. The full control of the management team now gives the group the freedom and agility needed to pursue its ambition for 2030: a place in the top 10 of global outsourcing providers, according to the current directors.
The company now has 40.000 employees in 19 countries and serves more than 350 customers with a combination of customer service, AI-based services, and IT expertise.
According to Karim Bernoussi, CEO and co-founder of Intelcia, the company's ambition remains the same: to be among the top 10 global multi-service outsourcing providers by 2030. However, Bernoussi states that the pace at which this ambition can be realized will increase. Part of this involves making acquisitions in Europe and Latin America. The new owners also aim to further strengthen Intelcia Tech as an IT service provider.
