January 17, 2017 – Arvato CRM Solutions has acquired Indian IT and analytics company Ramyam Intelligence Lab. Ramyam, which continues to trade under its own name, has developed a solution for presenting a single view of the customer in combination with predictive analytics. The solution will be rolled out in Arvato's more than 100 contact centers.
