Amazon will help enterprise customers develop custom text-speech voices for the Alexa skills businesses want to deploy. This means that companies can make their own brand's existing voice suitable for use in Alexa. This service is offered under the name of Amazon Polly. In that Amazon part, services were already offered for the realization of artificial voices.

KFC is the first voice of customers Colon Sanders has deployed for ordering via Alexa. Earlier in September 2019, Amazon introduced the voice of actor Samuel L. Jackson, which companies could use for different skills.
