It appears that CRM company Salesforce's AI factory is picking up steam. The company achieved record profits for the second quarter of this year. Optimism at the software vendor is high: expectations for annual revenue have been raised by $200 million.
The revenue increase for the second quarter (ending July 31, 2026) is primarily attributable to demand for Salesforce AI solutions. Second-quarter revenue came in at $11,3 billion, 11 percent higher than last year. The company now records annual recurring revenue (ARR) from Agentforce and Data360 of nearly $3,9 billion, a threefold increase compared to last year.
