Due to the tight labor market, workers are more wanted than ever. In the first quarter of 2022, according to Statistics Netherlands, there were at least 133 vacancies per 100 unemployed. That is more vacancies than people without work. Companies that want to be less affected by the shortage on the labor market can start investing in staff retention.
Recently, SUSA has organized a large number of so-called Courtyard sessions: online sparring sessions for colleagues, where many practical experiences have been exchanged.
