Martine Ferment passed away on Friday, June 16, 2023. This has been confirmed by KCM, where Ferment was a shareholder. KCM has indicated that it will issue a formal response at a later date.
Martin Ferment, originally trained as a speech therapist, has had a rich career. She worked for companies such as Amazon (in 1999), Casema and KPN. In 2001 she started her own consultancy and interim practice Ferment Management. In 2007 she founded Metier Academy, which focuses on e-learning, among other things. Between 2015 and 2020, she was a shareholder in Force of the Customer, a merger product of Ferment Management, Skywalker, Metier, BRW and KIRC, among others. In 2020 she joined KCM Group with Ferment Management. (Ziptone/Erik Bouwer)
