The concept of accessibility refers to the ease with which people, especially those with physical disabilities, can use products, services and facilities. Accessibility of services is not optional, as of 2025 the European Accessibility Act (EAA). This law applies to a wide range of services and products, from ATMs to company websites, streaming services and government services. Part of the law is based on principles such as: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
