low code

by Erik Bouwer

Low-code is a method of software development in which applications are built quickly and with minimal manual coding. Low code solutions use graphical user interfaces (think of working with drag and drop and flow charts) and configuration settings to accelerate application development.

Low-code platforms are designed to let non-programmers or developers with limited experience create applications. In practice, coding experience is still required for optimal development of low code applications. Low-code platforms are often used in a customer contact environment to build mobile apps and chatbots.
