Hyperpersonalization

by Erik Bouwer

Personalized service means that you take into account the characteristics, needs, preferences and circumstances of the person in the service process customer. At hyperpersonalization in customer contact an organization makes every effort (in addition to marketing and sales) to customer service to match the characteristics, preferences and circumstances of the person as much as possible customer. With hyper-personalization, an organization goes one step further personalization.

Examples of hyper-personalization are customized products and services, realtime respond to circumstances and context of the customer, responding proactively to the customer, involving multiple information sources and systems in helping the customer, the use of predictive capacity based on relevant data from the past and the use of agent assist functionality.
