Generative AI is a form of artificial intelligence that can independently produce new original content (image, sound, text). Text variants work on a large language model (LLM), a large collection of language resources, and based on pattern recognition and probability models (predictions) for determining the next word in a sentence.
A generative AI application can create structured and coherent texts based on input prompts (for example a question or an assignment). The application can take into account stated preferences for length, tone or Voice or composition.
Various forms are known (also for image creation and image recognition) and several companies are now working on their own variants of generative AI applications. During development, the systems are further refined based on feedback from end users.
