DDMA and the DDMA Telemarketing Commission are starting the fourth edition of the DDMA Telemarketing Benchmark. The DDMA is calling on contact centers and clients to participate in the benchmark, in order to create the most complete overview of the telemarketing sector.
De DDMA Telemarketing Benchmark is published annually. The purpose of the benchmark is to map the sector and provide insight into the use of outbound telemarketing in the Netherlands based on figures.
The third edition, the DDMA Telemarketing Benchmark 2024, offered interesting insights and topics for discussion based on campaign data from 15 participating contact centers: 2Contact, Concentrix, Consumind, Custom Connect, Customer Care Center, Ditmeijers', Fonky, Improvers, Kalff, KISS marketing, Quality Contacts, Roscom, SalesQ, Soleo and WEngage.
Interactive dashboard
The DDMA Telemarketing Benchmark is published as an interactive dashboard, exclusively for DDMA members and the contact centers that contributed to the benchmark. Via this dashboard, telemarketing professionals (both from clients and agencies) can compare their own campaign data with others.
“The figures show across the sector that we take our self-regulation obligation seriously. The figures also provide a good basis for discussions between DDMA and policymakers and supervisors,” according to the DDMA. “By participating in this independent initiative, you contribute to the further professionalization of the sector and the further development of your own services. You are also mentioned as a partner in the dashboard itself, the press release and various other publications.”
call
The DDMA calls on both contact centers as their clients, the outsourcers of telemarketing projects, to participate in the DDMA Telemarketing Benchmark. Parties that participate provide specified and anonymized campaign data, which DDMA handles confidentially. DDMA collects and processes all datasets as an independent party. Participating parties therefore do not have access to each other's datasets, according to the DDMA in the call.
Anyone who would like to participate can contact the Market insights specialist at the DDMA, Nanda Appelman. (DDMA)
