On Thursday, September 25, the WorkForce Management Congress for the contact center sector will be organized for the 6th consecutive year. The full-day program is well filled with various lectures and presentations and is aimed at networking and knowledge sharing around planning and WFM. Keynote speakers are Constanze Mager, Head of Education at Burgers Zoo and Robin van Dalen of the National Police Corps. The organization of the congress is in the hands of PlanMen and is made possible in part by 13 knowledge partners. The conference will take place in the Albert Heijn building on the grounds of the Nyenrode Business University in Breukelen.
Organizer William van den Brink again expects more than 400 participants and is proud of the fact that the conference has grown into the WFM event of the year: “This year we are paying a lot of attention to innovation in the field of WFM, such as gamification. We are also pleased with the lecture by Ric Kosiba, Vice President of Interactive Intelligence on Contact Center Forecasting and Planning Tips and Tricks.”
